“The right to food is a fundamental human right”.
At a time when climatic disturbances are seriously disrupting agricultural production such as cereals in northern Constantinois, the year 2024 has seen the food issue exploited to its furthest limits by geopolitical upheavals. It has become a weapon with the taste of final extermination in the service of the war crimes and genocide underway in Gaza, which the Zionist entity is carrying out coldly before the eyes of the whole world. The decision to build a road between Mauritania and Algeria prompted SIPSA-FILAHA to make Mauritania the guest of honor at this 22nd event.

and socio-professional sectors such as the blue economy, smart agriculture & export. We are proud to announce that SIPSA-FILAHA 2024 welcomes
